Problem with linked images in description, limited to 60 images?

Before I upgraded from GS 6 to GS 7 I regularly used more than 100 pictures in an GS itemdescription. Pictures were uploaded to my server before. Than I imported a generated xml-file with all image-links to GarageSale. And voilá all images were shown in the description.

After updating to GS 7 it does not work anymore. I tested a lot to solve the problem. But anytime when I imported more than 60 images Garage Sale 7 hangs up and the spinning ball stays. According to eBay informations there is no limit to picture count in itemdescriptions (and it always worked perfectly before).

There is no other account. Why is it already in use?

When I click on this item in GS to show me the preview or try to delete it GS freezes. The preview shows the description but no images (also no gallery image). I can not delete this item.
How can I delete this item?
How can I use more than 60 images again?

Another issue I have is with GS-notifications:
I get GS-notifications that are more than one month old (shown as „right now“, „last 24 min“, „last 45 min“ etc). It is the same message again and again. Maybe the message is restored after I have to force quit GS.

Could you try the latest beta release and see if addresses the problem:

It fixes a performance problem scanning your description for non-https image links.

Dear Ilja,
thank you for the quick answer. I downloaded the beta version. I did not replace the previous version, so now I have two GarageSale aliases.

After starting the Beta, I tried to import a generated xml-file with 99 image-links.
Spinning ball do not stop spinning… GS hang up.
So I have to kill GS.

Is it feasible for you to export your listing, .zip it, upload it (to DropBox?) and send me a link to it?

Hello Ilja,

the listing with more than 60 pix I can not export. When I click on the
listing the spinning ball appears and stays.
I am sending you an other listing, that works. I did the export with the
normal version of GS 7 (DDR, Briefe) and with Beta version (BUND) and a
screenshot from the listing (in Beta-Version) with more than 100 pix (DDR
GEDENKBLÄTTER).

If you change from Preview to Editor mode, can you select the listing with the 60 images, or do you still get the beach ball?

Can you perhaps send me to XML file you are using to create this listing? Maybe I can re-create the error this way.

Thanks to the XML file I was able to track down the problem.

GarageSale worked fine with your listing on macOS 10.12 and 10.13, but is having problems on 10.10 and 10.11. It seems that one of the operating system’s image functions is having a problem with a particular image you are using.

The obvious solution seems to be to upgrade your Mac to at least macOS 10.12, but I’m not sure if that’s feasible for you.
