Problems exporting csv

I’m making several attempts to export items in csv but it doesn’t work.
if I export 10 items it works, 500 doesn’t work (I should export 2000 items)

Are you using version 9 of GarageSale?

Could it be that there are some specific listings that somehow block the export?

I’m using 9.2.1 ,I don’t know where is the problem
