Profiles and Shipping?

I have returned to GS after several years - I’ve posted dozens of items before.
I have been struggling for cumulative hours with getting two simple shipping methods Priority and Ground Advantage, with free pickup, offered and had exception after exception - reposted several times, sometimes discovering ‘You will pay’ or ‘Free’ shipping. I finally just used eBays posting at the website… Can anyone give me a solid lead/instructions for the automating of these (individual) services (together)? Thanks.

Do you remember what eBay error exactly you got? Feel free to post a screenshot here.

Also, did you selected “Use Profiles” in GarageSale’s Options Inspector or did you use the regular shipping settings?

Thank you for your reply! I think I have the latest version ("GarageSale 9.9 (1706). ‘Profiles’ stay default (unknown profile) and attempts to get more info - ‘Learn More (i)’ does absolutely nothing. I have scoured eBay but do not find “Profiles” per se under shipping or payments or elsewhere.
For more details, I will attempt another posting with GS and keep screenshots. But please reply to any of the questions, particularly regarding profiles. I have downloaded and reinstalled GS.
