Receiving 2 Errors

Hello,

Beginning last Friday, when I try to list an item it’s giving me two errors:

  1. Best offer feature disabled

  2. Item condition required.

The Ebay category that I am listing in is: Business & Industrial->Heavy Equipment Parts & Accessories->Antique & Vintage Manuals

I’ve listed hundreds of other items in this same category with no errors. That category utilizes Best Offer and Does Not Let you add Condition. So what has changed since last Friday.

I’ve refreshed my Access Token and updated my account details, but still getting same two errors!

Please help! I have garagesale 7 and mac os 10.11.6

Maybe that category got moved to somewhere else in eBay’s category tree. Did you try to update your categories from the category panel’s sprocket button? Is your category still available for selection afterwards?
