Hi - I am having a problem that just started a few days ago. For my listings that have expired and I am trying to reload them, they no longer have an Ebay category associated with them (just a red question mark). When I try to go and put the category back in (clothing, shoes and accessories), there is no longer any sub categories to choose from. I can re-list it through Ebay, but I would rather not since it does not link back to Garage sale (still says unlisted).
That happens if eBay has changed their category data. You need to re-select the desired category then.
It seems that your eBay category data is out-dated and needs to be updated.
Please give this a try:
- Open the GarageSale preferences > Accounts. Click on “Refresh Token” to refresh your eBay access token.
- If done, select one of the listings in question and open the category browser. In that browser click on the sprocket icon to update the category data.
