What does this mean ? How can I avoid this?

Do you have a ā€œreturn profileā€ selected in your listing?
If yes, that return profile probably uses out-dated settings which then triggers that eBay error.

Here is what you should give a try:

  1. These profiles can be edited on the eBay website. Go to the account section on the eBay website and create a new return profile there.

  2. Once you have created the new return profile go back to GarageSale. Refresh your eBay access token in the GarageSale preferences > Accounts. If done, click on ā€œUpdate Account Detailsā€ in the same window. This downloads your latest profiles to GarageSale.

  3. Now select your GarageSale listing in question and select your new return profile there.
