Scripted SKU shown in GS but not in eBay

We have a strange problem. We create our items by script.
Now we try to add SKU to our items. The SKU/Bestandseinheit is shown in GS but is not displayed in eBay.
In ebay Salesmanager Pro is still the Add SKU Link available. The SKU from GS is not shown.
In the script we use A00001.
Does somebody have an idea what is wrong there?

What version of GarageSale are you using?

Sorry forgot the important part. Using GS 6.8 (586) on OS X 10.11.2

Can you please upgrade to GarageSale 6.9.7 from our website and see if the error persists?

Installed 6.9.7 and started some items.
And it works. Thanks a lot!
