The current version and previous versions are both marking sold items incorrectly.
The yellow item in the image was sold but is marked as ‘active with bids or sales’. The green items are also sold but marked correctly. I thought it might have been an issue with my current version so I updated to GarageSale 10.0b11 (1816).
That made the issue worse and the said item was marked as ‘active and unsold’. I updated the listing in the latest version and it turned back to’ active with bids or sales’. Eventually it will change to sold.
Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Have you tried the standard routine yet?:
- Refresh your eBay access tokens
- Select “Update All Listings” from the Listing menu
Does ‘Update all Listings’ work differently to ‘Update Listing’?
I had already updated the token.
Sporadically, I get this issue. “Update Listing” sometimes fixes and some times the old reliable fix of restarting GS or even a total restart will clear it up.

I tried all of that and it seems a bit random as to when it switches to the correct status. I even tried upgrading the GS version but that made it worse
Maybe your interval setting for “Update Orders and Listings” is too high?
