In GarageSale 7, we have several listings which have sold but do not appear in GarageSale as ‘Sold’.
I have tried refreshing the eBay token, and updating all listings to no avail.
We rely on GarageSale to accurately keep track of the status of our listings, so, help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Guessing you have done an update all.
Has happened to me previously and ˆ think I just put it down to a crash at sometime.

Are you using the latest version of GarageSale 7, version 7.0.20?
Refreshing (all) your eBay access tokens and selecting “Update All Listings” from the Listing menu should have solve the problem.
Sometimes a restart of the Mac makes wonders, too.
If not, did you already check whether the listings still shown as active in GarageSale have the same item ID as the ones shown as sold on eBay?
