Finally updated from GS7 to GS9. Went to create a Pro Account and received an error (Request failed: bad gateway (502)). So tried again and was told the email was already in use. Figured it must have created the Pro Account so went to login and got the same error code.
Went back into program and tried again to login and now being told the password and username don’t match. No way this is true as I just created the account, wrote down the password, and did not forget it in all of three minutes.
