[Solved] Reading GarageSale Manual on Windows?

I use GarageSale 7 in full screen on the Mac.

For comfort, I would be pleased if it was possible to read the documentation in HTML format on a separate screen; thus from a computer running Windows.

Would it be possible to build a downloadable .chm file, or provide a link to an online version of the manual?

(NB: I also like the fact to read offline, so please don’t disable this feature for Mac.)
