I wanted to start an auction with a starting bid and allow a Buy it Now price too. Buy it now is shown in my eBay listing summary line but not on the auction page itself. Is there a restriction about having a starting bid together with a Buy it now price?

You can start a listing with both a starting bid and a buy it now price. However, whenever you get a first bid, the buy it now price gets removed. That’s what happened with your listing. It received 3 bids as far as I can see.
