Is there any way to apply a specific listing template design to all of my already active listings? I have several thousand listings, so I was looking for an automated, bulk method of doing this.

you can only do this by revising all your active listings.

Select all listings in question:

Using the bulk-edit method select the desired listing design from the design browser.
