Templates won't update to sold (green) when sold on eBay still show active icon (blue)

Items sold appear to be still available in eBay

Hi, I am experiencing a very strange issue. Many sold items seem to be still available in eBay, like there were more quantity available ad one sold. GS shows a light green icon (but no count hit next to the icon) and it is possible to invoke “end listing” command from top bar menu. What is really strange is that some items seems to be actually live in eBay. I can find them in “my eBay” under “active listings”, but when I look up for that item in my shop and in eBay I can’t find it because it i…

P.S. Do you see these listings as still active if you check in your “my ebay” panel in eBay site? This bug started about 3-4 weeks ago, until today every sold item is in this situation. I created a specific smart group. Check: 190 listings are showed as still active (light green) while they are sold and no more available:

They are all 1 unit listing, I don’t know what’s going on…
