All my transaction dating back to 2007 vanished, when I started to import them again now I only get the last 2 years. This was a vital data base for me. I contacted support who told me the data was stored in application support and the folder was called GaragePay.
I followed the instructions and even for the data I have there now there is no such folder in this location, I have hidden files visible. This is driving me nuts. This software went from being the best to the worst overnight. I just want to find that folder so I can replace with my back up.
I don’t have a solution for you but I understand the issues you are facing. I too had to import all from Ebay because GS wouldn’t start. It took a couple of months to sort out but actually benefitted me in the end because all the gremlins seem to have flown
