Trouble re-buying GS Pro

I changed credit card accounts in the last year, and was told I should wait until my subscription attempted to renew and failed before updating my payment info. Looks like today is the day, and I’ve been logged out in the app and gotten the failure message by email. But when I attempt to purchase another year in the app, I’m not able to get past the second popup screen. The message is “A subscription already exists for this account [email address]

Am I just too early for the db to have finished the transaction? Or is there some other milestone I need to wait for before re-buying?
