For years i have been able to pull up a previous listing and then click on the PLUS Sign and create a duplicate listing. Now, this feature is GREY and unable to click on. What could the issue be?
I just checked it here in GarageSale 10 but for me the duplicate button works as always.
Please let me know which version of GarageSale you have installed. (Just select ‘About GarageSale’ from the ‘GarageSale’ menu in GarageSale.)
Also, can you post a screenshot so we can see the grey icon and what listing you have selected?

You are in search mode. In search mode you can’t use the “+” button to create a new listing. To leave search mode, click on the “x” in the search field. The search field is located in the very right of the toolbar.
You can then create a new lusting as usual.
The “duplicate” function is something else, as shown in my previous post.
