In the Send Offer to Watchers window, the discount level has a minimum of 6%, but eBay’s minimum is 5%. I end up having to use their iPhone app or their website to send 5% offers. This has been an issue for quite some time, but I keep forgetting to report it [today is report bugs day for me apparently 
]. Using version 9.7.5 on macOS 14.3.1
As far as I know this is also fixed in GarageSale 9.8:
- changed minimum (5%) and maximum (99%) percentage in send offer to watchers window

Ebay changed something and now you are only allowed to do under 90.3%

It does vary depending on the item. one $115 listing says “91.68%”.
And 27 listings say 90.3% so there must be a sliding scale.
That sounds like there is also a minimum price you are allowed to charge. 91.68% off $115 leaves almost exactly $10…
Maybe it’s perceived as fee avoidance?
