I have just discovered a quick way to update GS to reflect the quantity on hand when you have a multiple item listing and a sale on ebay has occurred. I created a smart group with these items chosen. After a sale happens you run an revise BUT YOU must remember to check the box that says “Use ‘Quantity left’ as new Quantity”. Viola!!! The quantity you have left to sell is corrected in GS and brings it back into line with inventory you have on hand and the number left for sale as listed on ebay. I wish I had thought of this years ago!
