Updating object city and postal code after relocation

After relocation in the same region, I updated my eBay profile.

However, already published items kept their initial location (city and postal code).

I tried updating this information, using the listing’s “Advanced” tab GarageSale.
GarageSale rememember the new location, but eBay ignores it?

Is this because of some caching by eBay or do I have to “propagate” the edit to eBay?

I tried using “Listing > Modify listing” and to Change the add in full, but obtained errors.

Another aspect is that in GarageSale 7 I could not batch edit the relocation for several selected items that I had selected. Is this possible?
