Video Upload Window glitch and Add a video not in menu

Hello,
I’m trying to add a video on my listings, but I have two problems:

• the Video Upload Window has a glitch: the account’s button is empty and clicking on it refresh the video list
• the Add a video choiche is not in menu

I use 9.8.1 (1677) and eBay Italy.

Can you please try if refreshing your eBay access token(s) in the GarageSale preferences > Account fixes the problem?

Also, what version of macOS are you using?

Hello Kristian,
I tried to refresh the tokens of both my accounts, but nothing changes.
I use Mac OS Catalina on a MacBook Pro and Ventura on an iMac Pro: both with the same problem.

Can you please give this a try?:

1. Open the “Video Upload” window and upload a new video (or re-upload the current one). The current one is about to expire. Close the “Video Upload” window afterwards.
2. Give it some time to process the video. Once the video has been processed and is shown as “Live” create a new listing (just for testing purposes) and check if the option “Select eBay Video” is available now.
