What is your rate of untracked shipments that buyers claim got "lost"?

My rate of shipments lost in transport sent via regular mail recently climbed to almost 7%, but “mysteriously” only for untracked ones, so my guess is it’s most likely buyer protection fraud.

Registered letter and insured parcels actually are more reliable than ever with fewer lost or damaged.

What’s your rate of loss for untracked/uninsured shipments?

Most times they try to say it doesn’t arrive… but I say “look at the tracking number, it says delivered” and they never reply back. It was delivered and they were trying to get it for free.
