Where to get help with GarageSale 7?

I have the new version but find it incredibly difficult to use. The tutorials on the iwascoding website all refer to a much older version. I found the online manual but it leaves out some important info. For example, I tried to revise the description of a listing I just submitted. I follow the instructions, choose to revise the description but then there is no instruction on how to submit the changes to Ebay. I tried the Start button but it wanted to duplicate the listing and create a new auction. I could find no way to just send my changes and ended up having to edit the listing on Ebay. Now what I see on Ebay and in GarageSale are different.

Anyone know where to see some current tutorials? Even on YouTube everything was so old.

Perhaps you can create a sub-forum for members helping members?
Stickies and FAQ guides can be created, etc.

I know I would find that very helpful. I’m a new GS user. I’m not completely inept with apps and systems, but I’ve found the learning curve fairly steep with GS. I didn’t want to inundate the GS7 board with questions, so I found I’ve spent a lot of time trying to find answers to pretty simple issues. A month in and I’m still learning basic things I could have known a month ago.

Which ISP are you on? Do use your IPS’s DNS or another one, like Google’s? Also, do you know if you are connecting through IPv4 or IPv6 to the internet?

I’m using BrightHouse in Florida, USA. Which uses RoadRunner. And is changing to Spectrum.

I have NO problems with ANY other domain…

I have NEVER had a problem with the main iwascoding website. Just the “manual.” domain…

and you are sure you have no connection to the server at this point? Is the server only temporary or all the time not available?

Did you try to use the Google DNS (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4)?

Yep. Right now, trying https://manual.iwascoding.com results in “Safari Can’t Find the Server” error:

https://www.iwascoding.com works EVERY time.
https://help.iwascoding.com works EVERY time.

And did you try to change your DNS-Server to the Google DNS (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4)? Does it work then?

Why I am asking: the DNS-Entries are equal for these server. In particular, the downloads.iwascoding.com and manual.iwascoding.com have the same setup.
