I did pay for the 10 upgrade. Not the Pro. Trying to list and I get this pop up. What is up with the ridiculously long choices list for mailing? What ‘business’ policies is it referring to? EDIT business policies, I see it says Retail, but no matter which I pick, it still shows the same pop up.
Well, not sure why this is not showing 10? Is it grabbing my older version somehow? EDIT to add a photo of the versions that are shown in my applications folder. Do I need to apply the Upgrade to 10.1?
I found the Business policies checked in the panel. I unchecked that. Now no pop ups show, but why is my GS 10.1 not showing up? I thought that was what the upgrade was?
These shipping profiles are pre-defined rules which are mostly automatically created for each user by eBay. Hence the cryptic name. You can view and edit and delete these profiles on the My eBay website only.
You probably have a shipping profile selected that uses out-dated shipping options. That’s why eBay returns an error. To fix it, update the shipping profile or create a new one on the My eBay website.
If you have edited or deleted profiles, or created new ones on the eBay website, please download these changes in GarageSale by clicking on Update Account Details in the GarageSale Settings > Accounts.

Your screenshot shows GarageSale 10 on the left and GarageSale 9 on the right.
You can keep the old version but it’s recommended to use GarageSale 10.

So I purchased the Beta version for the 19.99? Should I do this upgrade (10.1) that is showing for GS?
Yes, feel free to update to the latest version. It is a free update if you already own a license for GarageSale 10 (or use GarageSale Pro).
