Your server is down

No pictures can be uploaded as no contact with the server can be established & the pictures already uploaded are blanks in the auctions.

I am also having issues:

David

The same here. Yesterday evening I was editing some listings and suddenly it stopped working, about around 9.50 p.m…

Thank you for your feedback!
It seems to be working again. Does it work for you again, too?

Regards, Kristian

Sorry but no. I have restarted GS, tried both revise and new listing but the same error.

David

Any more news on this Kristian?

It is working now.

Cheers, Kristian

The server is down again. I am getting the same “Image Upload Failed” message.

Hmm, I don’t have this error. Do you still get this error?

Regards, Kristian

Yes. I started getting the error message yesterday on an intermittent basis. The server worked earlier this morning but it went down again.

It’s down again. get the same problem.
Just starting several hundreds of auctions and not one is starting

It worked for a few items then broke down again.
Could you please do something about this?
Just 0 of 23 auctions started all with the same issue.

Hi, is there anybody?
This goes on for quite a while now and your last reaction was a few hours ago.
If you cannot fix it at the moment please let us know, so that we have to start the auctions differently

Hi,

can you send me the output of the following Terminal calls (maybe off-list):

dig img1.iwascoding.com
dig img2.iwascoding.com
dig img.iwascoding.com

To execute them, just open the Terminal application paste one line and press enter.

Maybe it helps to restart you mac and/or your router because your DNS resolver is caching the IP of the above mentioned hosts.

Thanks,
Paul

Hi,
I restarted several times and started the auctions now with only EPS from eBay (which I don’t like).
I still get the same reply as david elliot posted with screenshot.

Here the output:

Very frustrating when we use garage sale as our only listing tool for ebay listings!
Can this be sorted out please?

Hi,

this is really strange. I could not find any error logs on the server nor can I reproduce this here. Can you please try again? Which GarageSale and macOS version do you use? Can you please also give me the result of the following Terminal commands:

dig img1.iwascoding.com +short
dig img2.iwascoding.com +short
dig img.iwascoding.com +short

Thanks,
Paul

Just for your info guys, I am back to loading successfully and have been since kristian fixed the problem (at least for me) yesterday.

Thank you for your feedback. Just a quick note, it was Paul/Ilja who fixed it
