The ghosting and counting issues I was having have resolved and havenât shown lately so what ever was causing them has been fixed and it has stopped occurring.

I just ran a batch of 22 restarts and no issues of crashing. I think they were occurring on automatic relist and they take time to run.

GS crashed during the relist process this AM. It occurred during automatic relisting not during the stopping. I also was doing other activities in GS namely scrolling in the menu of folders when it happened.
GS ran a second batch of 17 with no issues. 
Beta 11 contains another batch of patches. Hopefully, that fixes this issue:
20 automatic relist just ran with no issues. One count was off by 1 with no new ghosts. The count may have been holdover from previous beta 10.
