The window where I set shipping auctions has ALL the options grayed out besides “local pickup - no shipping.” Obviously, I don’t want to have “local pickup only” set on all my auctions.
I tried setting up a new template - all my auctions, new and old, have “local pickup - no shipping” as the only option I can set.
This is pretty frustrating. Can someone help? Here’s a screenshot:
Hit the DOMESTIC tab to set shipping preferences, general will be greyed out if you ship FLAT RATE since you are specifying the charges, so weight and dimension don’t enter into it, or set as CALCULATED for each item and then weight and dimension become live. You might also want to check this thread
EBAY recently changed something with shipping policies and this explains it, if this is what’s causing your problems.
