Hit the DOMESTIC tab to set shipping preferences, general will be greyed out if you ship FLAT RATE since you are specifying the charges, so weight and dimension don’t enter into it, or set as CALCULATED for each item and then weight and dimension become live. EBAY recently changed something with shipping policies and this explains it, if this is what’s causing your problems.
