Default auction settings/template using GS Scout

I’m using GarageSale Scout on my iPhone with GarageSale 7 on my Mac. I like how easy it is to take all of my pics and then import them into GS. However, they always come up with some default look and settings that I have to change. I did set up a sample auction item and then I would right click it and choose “Copy Listing Components” and then paste the selected one onto my items imported from GS Scout.

Two questions:

  1. is there a way to change or set up defaults so when they import, they automatically pick up the design template and settings I want?

  2. All of a sudden I can no longer copy listing components. It’s greyed out for every entry in my database. it worked a couple of days ago. No updates to the software. It just no longer works

You can do this in the GarageSale preferences > eBay > New Listing
