Importing from Garagsale 6 to 7 - Error With HELPER

I actually found the tool in the string below:

Wont import file freezes

I downloaded the new version of garage sale when i import files from the old garage sale when it gets to about 75% download it freezes my computer. Does that mean i have to get another computer? Or is it something that always happens? I still have 300g of of space on my computer. NEED HELP

I am currently running it so will let you know how it goes. Hoping it does the trick, thank you for your prompt response.
