Internal error? No upload possible

Same here. New listings simply will not upload. I get the message


“A network error occurred while trying to connect to eBay’s image server.”

Using GS Version 6.9.8b6 (631) on OSX Sierra Version: 10.12.3 (16D32) - MBP 2014

Help would be appreciated sooner rather than later.

Me too. I give up for today, I can’t spend two hours for one item. Right at the moment, it’s all a total waste of time and nerve-wracking.

Same error here - Multiple variations. Experienced it in the past so likely to resolve itself (may be issue with eBay server).

Running latest Mac OSX & Gargesale versions.

Just tried again and uploaded around 12 listings with no issue. Try rebooting and see if that works :slight_smile:

Exactly the same problem, a few times but last night was terrible. Managed to upload 3 out of 20 listings. Very frustrating.

Seems like this was a temporary issue.

de mĂȘme je me demande si cela n’a pas un rapport avec la mise a jour des annonces eBay (12 photos gratuites dans les annnonces)

In my case, it is NO temporary problem. I can upload exactly one item (and it takes at least five minutes). When I try to upload item #2, it starts again. I can’t work with Garagesale any longer and lose money each day.

I am sorry to hear. Did you made any changes to your system recently or installed any network tools?
Do you use any of these tools?:
Kaspersky, LittleSnitch, MacKeeper, HandsOff, cisco anyconnect, GlimmerBlocker, AdBlocker

Also, is there anything non-standard about your internet connection?

Hi Kristian,

I have none of these tools - internet connection is good. We have 10mbit upstream, 50 mbit downstream and a ping near 30 and Gigabitlan. I made no changes on my system or in the network area. I mainly have this problem in the evening. I use a macMini 1,4 GHz Intel Core i5.

I tried it a minute ago, but - once again - I get the error message: “Bilder Upload fehlgeschlagen. Interner Anwendungsfehler. Bitte versuchen Sie es spĂ€ter erneut.”

Firtst time this problem occurred was after the update to Garagesale 7.07 (795).

Addition: I thought it has something to do with the size of my photos - 1600 × 1200. So, I tried it with my own server (which I tested before, I used it many times in the past). It allows me to use the original size - but not now. Again, the same error message. It uploads about 80% extremely slow, the the message turns up.

Toujours le meme problĂšme, j’ai essayer avec les 3 options d’upload d’image (garagesale, ebay, mon serveur perso) toujours pareil c’est trĂšs trĂšs gĂȘnant

Bonjour, le chargement de l annonce s arrĂȘtait au bout de plusieurs minutes. j ai rĂ©duit au minimum la taille des photos de mon annonce et elle a pu se charger ! Ensuite je l ai modifier pour mettre mes photos Ă  taille normale et ça sait bien
Passer. ( rapidement ) et apres tout est reparti comme avant !!!
Bizarre !

Yes, I work with a Mac. And, very much to my surprise, I have the problem each evening - it works in the morning.
