Even after using the “Update All Listings” option, I’m running into issues where a listing will either be marked with a solid green or dark gray icon, and when I click on the listing title the template is completely gone. In the dark green case, I can select “Show in Browser” and many times the listing is still active on eBay. For the dark gray, nothing I do allows me to see the template or the listing (which I assume is now closed). In addition, more often than not GS crashes when I try to use “Update All Listings” - any thoughts?
