Why no SFTP Protocol in GS7 form Images?

Continuing the discussion from Cannot specify FTP server port within GS:

Is there not going to be an option for SFTP? as currently thats my only means of connecting to my server rather than the traditional FTP protocol, I mean I can either have the image accessible via http or https so I don’t see why we wouldn’t have that option already?

Hi,

sorry, GarageSale currently does not support SFTP. We already have a ticket in our system to add this, but because only a few customers need it we did not start working on it already.

No worries, I reconfigured my server to allow FTP connections and everything is running smoothly
